Advanced reservation for our service(s) is strongly recommended as some of our staff books out months in advance. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). Cancellation Policy + Late Arrivals

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed, or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee, up to $100. Same day cancellations, or no-shows will be subject to a 100% service fee, up to $100. Please arrive in a timely manner, clients will not receive an extension of the scheduled service and full service charge will be applied regardless of completion due to late arrival. 

Check-In

It is suggested you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge. Completion of all necessary consent forms are required prior to receiving services. 

Return Policies

All spa services and gift certificates are non-refundable. There are no refunds on services rendered. All products are final sale.

Gratuities

Our listed rates does not include gratuity. Gratuity for non-medical services is always optional based on your satisfaction and much appreciated. We cannot accept gratuity for medical services.

Payment Methods

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards must be mentioned at the time of booking and are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. 

Jewelry + Personal Belongings

Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

Phone Policy

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at The Beautique.

Privacy Policy

Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share or sell individual personal information. We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us.

Here at The Beautique Skin Co. we are enhancing processes and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our Beautique Babes. We consult with experts in healthcare, infectious disease, and aesthetics to ensure we are taking the correct measures to ensure safety without sacrificing your relaxation or our employees’ well-being.

As Covid continues to impact our community, we will continue to enforce our high standards of safety and sanitation to ensure both our staff and every client who walks through our doors feels safe and confident that every measure is taken to ensure a safe experience.


Studio Cleanliness

The Beautique has always been committed to providing a clean and safe environment for you to relax. During the height of the COVID-19 crisis, We reinforced those steps and added additional measures. Cleanliness will continue to be a focus moving forward. Among the steps we are taking, all service rooms at The Beautique will strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Thoroughly wipe down all service tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants and clean and disinfect bathrooms and common areas at a minimum of once every hour.

  • Service providers wear gloves during services upon client request.

  • All linens are single service use.

  • A contact-lite transaction process including digital forms.

We change sheets after each client and wash at high temperatures with a bleach-based product to minimize the transmission risk, as is recommended by various public health authorities. We will discontinue the use of non-cotton blankets and instead use double sheets or a cotton blanket so that all linens will be changed after each service and washed. Hand sanitizer will be available at our front desk and in every treatment room for use by both our customers and service providers.
